All venue visits and walk throughs are made by appointment only. You can make an appointment to visit The Granary with our Event Manager by sending an email to hello@thegranaryatvalleypike.com or by filling out the contact form on our website.


We recommend booking at least 12 months prior to the anticipated event date as our calendar fills up between 6-12 months in advance.


The seated guest capacity within the venue is 200 occupants, and the space opens to an exterior portico to accommodate additional guests.


Send us a note through our contact form, and schedule a venue walk-through! Two things are required to book your event; (1) 20% nonrefundable deposit of the total rental fee for The Granary, and (2) a signed agreement of our policies.


Of course! You may choose an outdoor ceremony in our fields overlooking the farm or inside the venue. If you plan an outdoor ceremony and the weather appears to be inclement for the day of your wedding, you may choose to move your ceremony inside with twenty-four hours notice prior to your ceremony. It is always the couple’s decision and we are pleased to offer the options of both outdoor and indoor ceremonies.


The Granary does not provide in-house event planning or coordinating services, though we encourage any wedding with over 100 guests to have a “day of coordinator” to help your wedding run as smoothly as possible. The Granary can provide these services at an additional cost or you are welcome to hire your own. We love working with our couples' coordinators!


All payments are non-refundable unless The Granary is able to book another event in its stead for the same date(s). Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.


The Granary is fully capable of hosting a ceremony inside the venue in the event of inclement weather.


You may hire the caterer of your choice, subject to approval by The Granary, or bring your own prepared food and non-alcoholic beverages, though your caterer must visit The Granary prior to your event in order to familiarize themselves with our facility.


The Granary is able to provide up to 30 tables and 250 chairs for your guests.
